A problem report about an existing location, carrying the member's corrections as a structured patch. Sent with Locations.reportLocationProblem(locationId, report).

Correction fields reuse the nomination field names. A null field means "no correction" and is omitted from the wire; do not pass empty strings - the server rejects them. latitude and longitude must be provided together or not at all. There are no fields for opening hours or contact details: for LocationProblemType.INCORRECT_HOURS and LocationProblemType.INCORRECT_CONTACT_INFO, put the correct values in description. In Swift, pass every argument (nil for no correction).
