Lists what the member has submitted - nominated places and reported problems - merged into one page ordered by creation date. Rows are the same com.advantahealth.api.facilities.model.MemberSubmission shape the facilities feed renders, so one list serves both.
Use it for a "My submissions" screen - it replaces facilities().getNominatedFacilities(), which had neither reported problems nor the reason a nomination was declined. Each row carries its review state in status (MemberSubmissionStatus: PENDING, UNDER_REVIEW, APPROVED, REJECTED or CANCELLED) and, when rejected, the reviewer's reason in reasonNote. Key list rows on globalId, and request the next page until MemberSubmissionsPage.totalPages is reached.
The owner is always the authenticated member; there is no way to read another member's submissions.

The requested MemberSubmissionsPage; its items are empty when the member has no submissions.
Parameters
1-based page number (1..1000).
Items per page (1..100).
Optional category filter; null for all.
Newest first by default.
Throws
if the page cannot be retrieved - an upstream failure (an HTTP error, a network failure or an unreadable body) answers as an error, never as an empty page. A successful response with no body is read as "no submissions".
