The gender options a member of the caller's organization may pick, in display order.
Fetched via com.advantahealth.api.settings.ApplicationSettings.getGenderProfiles. An organization that has not customised its options gets the platform defaults, so an empty profiles list means the server genuinely offered none - never a failed fetch, which throws instead.

The options, sorted by GenderProfile.sortOrder. Entries the server sent without a GenderProfile.code are left out, since they could never be saved back.

Opaque version of the list the server resolved. Compare it for equality only: an unchanged value means an unchanged list. null when the server did not report one.
