Whether the SDK should include manually-entered step samples in step and activity aggregates. Defaults to false.
On iOS this filters out HealthKit samples with HKMetadataKeyWasUserEntered = true. On Android this flag is a no-op — Health Connect's aggregate API doesn't expose an equivalent filter and the SDK does not dedupe on the client side.
