Membership state of the device relative to a monitored geofence.

INSIDE / OUTSIDE reflect the most recent transition the platform has delivered (or, on iOS, the result of requestStateForRegion). UNKNOWN means the platform has not yet reported a state for the region — typically the brief window between registration and the first didDetermineState / INITIAL_TRIGGER_ENTER delivery.
