The SmartWalking API acknowledged the submission but did not return a jobId — typically because the backend promotion service is disabled or not yet enabled on this environment. Data will be picked up by a backend-side scheduled promotion task, or by a subsequent call to com.advantahealth.api.smartwalking.SmartWalking.syncSteps.
